Undergraduate Programs

1. Copy of the page of the student’s Passport or ID;

2. Student Transcript of Records from Home Institution;

3. Academic Mobility Application Form (After being completed by the student, the form must be signed and stamped – physically or digitally – with the university seal, as this confirms the applicant’s eligibility for the mobility program.)

4. A copy of the International Travel / Health Insurance policy, according to the requirements below.

International Travel/Health Insurance Requirement

A copy of the student’s international travel/health insurance policy is also required. This policy must offer full coverage for at least the entire duration of the mobility leave and must comply with the requirements of both the student’s home country and Brazil.

The insurance must cover, at a minimum, medical assistance for accidents and illnesses (including COVID-19 coverage), as well as medical and funeral repatriation.

Important Note on Deadline: The applicant does not need to submit the insurance policy along with the initial application documents (1–3 above). However, it must be sent to incoming@ufabc.edu.br no later than ten (10) days before the planned activities at UFABC begin.
