The hiring of civil servants for the permanent staff (Single Legal Regime – Law 8.112) occurs through public competitions, carried out according to the needs and budget availability of the Union. The Section for the Admission of Employees is responsible for conducting public competitions authorized by the Federal Government for the position of Professor in the Higher Education Teaching Career.
