The Statute of the Federal University of ABC was approved by the University Council, through its Resolution No. 62, of May 4, 2011, and countersigned by the Higher Education Secretariat in the same year. The General Regulations, which govern the aspects of organization and functioning of the University’s administrative bodies, in addition to the Statute, were approved by ConsUni Resolution No. 63, of May 30, 2011.
